CUTTLEFISH IN WINE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
1 kg of cuttlefish, 1 large onion, 1 glass of wine, 1small glass of olive oil (100 gr.), 2 freshly grated tomatoes, 1 glass of water, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
 


 

 

INSTRUCTIONS
Put the cuttlefish in a pot with the wine and then add the onion, the oil, the dill and stir fry. Once the fish is almost ready, add the tomatoes, then the water, salt and pepper and let it all boil for 40'.
