PISTACHIO PÂTÉ

INGREDIENTS
3 cups of roasted and ground pistachio kernel, 1 cup of potato flakes, 2 cups of water, 1 ½ cups of olive oil, 1 crushed garlic clove, 4 table spoons of lemon juice (1/2 lemon), ½ teaspoon of oregano, salt and pepper.



INSTRUCTIONS
You stir well the flakes with the water, the salt, the pepper, the oregano, the lemon and the garlic. Add the olive oil bit by bit and the shredded pistachio nuts spoon by spoon and stir until they become a homogenous mash.  Your appetizer is ready.
